Samuel Estes, OD, FAAO

Samuel Estes, OD, FAAO, graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1994. He chaired the Michigan Optometric Association’s (MOA) Continuing Education committee and received its prestigious Young Optometrist of the Year award in 2000. Dr. Estes is a member of the American Optometric Association, former president of the Central Michigan Optometric Society, and a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Estes' specialties include primary eye care, ocular surface disease & dry eye, glaucoma as well as sports vision. He has served as the eye care consultant to Michigan State University’s Spartan athletic program for many years, working with athletes, coaching and athletic training staff (Go Green!).

In Dr. Estes' free time, he enjoys soccer, skiing, boating, traveling and cheering on his Spartans.
