A Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), or Health Savings Account (HSA) is an employer-sponsored account that makes it possible for employees to designate pre-tax dollars for future medical expenses. These medical savings accounts are an excellent way for our patients to pay for their vision care, and funds from these accounts may be applied to treatments not covered by medical insurance.
Prescription eyewear is eligible for a refund or restyle, if not completely satisfied, within 30 days after the dispense, minus a restocking fee of $40. Applicable fees may apply based on the materials purchased. If a cancellation request is made within 2 hours and has not begun processing, a full refund may be issued. If the order exceeds 2 hours of submission and/or has begun processing, it is subject to a restocking fee of $40, which is the patient’s responsibility. To be eligible for a return or restyle, eyewear must be in its original condition. Eyecare Partners does not honor competitor price matching. The cost of the exam and services is non-refundable. OTC purchases may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unopened, unmarked, and unused. Restrictions apply.
