Timothy Early, OD

Dr. Tim Earley is a 1998 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He owned and managed Medina Vision Centre in Medina, OH from 2000 to 2020, and served as the head of HR and strategic development. He sold his private practice in December 2020, and he is currently practicing at Clarkson Eyecare in Alliance, OH.

Dr. Earley has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of dry eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other diseases of the retina. He is a national lecturer, educator, consultant, and presenter on numerous optometric topics from surgical co-management, practice management, and ocular disease to nutrition and preventive medicine. Dr. Earley is a professional speaker trainer for Thread Communications. He spends many of his weekends coaching physicians on how to give impactful presentations and lead effective and engaging roundtable discussions.

When not consulting or treating patients, Dr. Tim enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. He enjoys hiking, gardening, golf, and exploring the Deep Creek Lake area in Western Maryland. He is also an avid chicken farmer and enjoys raising layer hens at his home in Bath, OH.
