About Scott Smalley
Scott E. Smalley, OD, is a comprehensive optometrist in Troy, Missouri at Clarkson Eyecare. Dr. Smalley was born and raised in the Saint Charles, Missouri area. Dr. Smalley received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and then graduated with honors from the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) College of Optometry in 2005.
Dr. Smalley practiced optometry in Lake Ozark for two years before joining Clarkson Eyecare and providing comprehensive optometric care at our Troy eye care center in 2007, when it first opened. In his free time, Dr. Smalley enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family and his Boykin Spaniel Retriever.
