About Hayley Childers
Dr. Hayley Childers, OD, grew up in Crestwood, Kentucky and attended Christian Academy of Louisville and Georgetown College. She then moved to Indiana to attend Indiana University School of Optometry and graduated in 2021.
While in school, Dr. Childers helped conduct studies in sports vision with the Indiana University baseball team and was involved in Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity including a trip to serve children in Jamaica. Dr. Childers sees patients of all ages and is particularly interested in myopia control.
In her free time, Dr. Childers enjoys attending church, spending time with her husband, and watching UK play.
