As a longtime resident of Northern Virginia, Dr. Elham Quraishi, OD, attended the Manassas Park schools, and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Mason University. Dr. Quraishi then earned her optometry degree at The Ohio State University.
After training in various disease and primary care externship sites including C. P. Wylie Veterans Affairs Hospital and Columbus Ophthalmology Associates, Dr. Quraishi decided to return to her home state of Virginia. Dr. Quraishi is a member of several optometric professional organizations like the American Optometric Association, and the Virginia Optometric Association. Her areas of interest include posterior segment disease and contact lenses.
