About April Brun
Dr. April Brun, OD, is a full-scope optometrist in Navarre, FL, where she also grew up. Dr. Brun graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a degree in Biology. She attended the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) School of Optometry and graduated in 2011. Upon graduation, Dr. Brun moved back to her hometown and has enjoyed serving the community she grew up in.
Dr. Brun has been with Clarkson Eye Care since 2017 and has particular interests in pediatrics, vision therapy, glaucoma, diabetes and dry eye management. She cares deeply for her patients and her practice philosophy is to “treat each patient like family.” Dr. Brun is married to her wonderful husband and they have two amazing children and a rambunctious Doberman.
