Allyson Kowaleski, OD

Amanda Kowaleski, OD, grew up in Sandusky, Ohio and became interested in optometry at a young age due to her need for corrective lenses and vision therapy. Dr. Kowaleski attended Kent State University where she studied Molecular and Cellular Biology. In 2005, Dr. Kowaleski moved to the southside of Chicago where she attended the Illinois College of Optometry. She graduated magna cum laude and received the Clinical Excellence Award after completing externships in Ocular Disease, Pre and Post-operative LASIK, and Urgent care.

Dr. Kowaleski joined Rinkov Eyecare in 2010 and has continued to grow with the Reynoldsburg eye care center as it joined EyeCare Partners in 2016 and rebranded as Clarkson Eyecare. When not in the office, Dr. Kowaleski enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and twin sons.
