Allison Chapman, OD

Allison Chapman, O.D. is a comprehensive optometrist in Lakeland, FL at Clarkson Eyecare. Dr. Chapman graduated from the University of Florida in 2014 with a Bachelors in Biology before completing her doctorate at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Northeast Philadelphia in 2018. During her studies, she received awards for clinical excellence and graduated with honors. Dr. Chapman’s most fond memory of optometry school was when she went on a mission (SOSH) trip to Haiti to provide eye care for those in need.

She has been in practice in Polk County since 2018 providing eye exams in Lakeland and surrounding areas. Dr. Chapman was born and raised in Valrico, FL and enjoys being able to serve near her home community. She currently serves on the board of Lake Region Optometric Association. When Dr. Chapman is not in the office, she is enjoying spending time with her husband, family and friends somewhere on the water or reading a good book.
