Ojaswita Bastola, OD was born in Nepal and raised in New Jersey for the majority of her life. Dr. Ojaswita Bastola, O.D. attended Rutgers University-New Brunswick for her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. Her experience in the Optometry field for 3 years confirmed her passion for Optometry. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry in the Philadelphia region at Salus University- Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
During her training at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia, Veterans Affair in Chicago, Tayani Institute in California, and Freehold Ophthalmology, Dr. Bastola has gained experience in Retina and Cornea Ocular Disease, Contact Lenses, Primary Care, and Post-Op Cataract care.
Dr. Bastola believes in exuding patience and ease to each of her patients to provide the most patient-oriented care possible. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, meditation, exercising, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
