Dr. Michael D. Kerby, OD grew up in central Texas where he achieved his Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1996 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. During his training, he performed an externship at the Commonwealth Eye Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Dr. Kerby provides primary eye care services for the whole family and has a special interest in the role of nutrition in maintaining eye health. Dr. Kerby also performs contact lens fittings of standard contact lenses as well as specialty contact lenses which correct astigmatism (toric and rigid gas permeable) and presbyopia (bifocal contact lenses).
