Lexie Honey, OD

Dr. Lexie Honey grew up in Somerset, Kentucky and set out to become an optometrist in high school. In her first year attending Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, she began working in a wonderful optometric practice that gave her lots of great mentorship and valuable experience for her career. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Biology and Biophysics and went on to attend The Kentucky College of Optometry at The University of Pikeville. She has completed clinical rotations in many cities throughout Eastern and Central Kentucky including Somerset, London, Danville, Hazard, Paintsville, and Pikeville and is grateful to make Elizabethtown her home.

Dr. Honey is married to her high school sweetheart in 2022. She and her husband enjoy playing pickleball, exercising, trout fishing, playing guitar, and attending church together.
