Clarkson Eyecare Frame and Lens Warranty

All frames are warranted to be free of defects for one year. Frames broken due to neglect or accident or misuse are not covered.*

Lenses with scratch resistant coating are warranted to be free of defects for one year. Scratch resistant coating does not make lenses scratch proof. Proper care should be taken when cleaning your eyeglass lenses (refer to the lens care instructions below). Lenses scratched or broken or chipped due to neglect or accident or misuse are not covered.*

Anti reflective coating is warranted to be free of defects for one year.

Should you need a frame and/or lens replacement that is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as specified above, Clarkson Eyecare will extend a 50% discount off the retail price to replace a frame, lenses, or complete pair. (This excludes Maui Jim and Oakley sunglasses).

*Examples of neglect, accident and misuse include (but is not limited to): dropping, improper storage or handling, sitting on them, crushing them, putting them on or taking them off incorrectly, damage as a result of collision, children or pets.

Eyeglass Cleaning Instructions

Rinse dirt and debris off of lenses under cool, clean running water to remove any abrasives that may be on them. Then, spray with approved lens cleaner and wipe with a soft, clean cotton cloth or microfiber cloth.
