New glasses are guaranteed by Clarkson Eyecare to be of the highest quality materials and free from any defects. Your frame will be repaired or replaced for a period of one year from date of purchase if there are any defects.

You are also entitled to a one-time replacement at no charge to you if your frame breaks or your lenses scratch during normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Your “Lost or Stolen Benefit” entitles you to a 50% discount on the purchase of a new frame and a 15% discount on lenses if your glasses are lost or stolen for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
